The Ventryx platform is deployed across multiple cloud regions. Traffic is routed to the closest healthy region automatically.

Compute and scaling
All API traffic is served from auto-scaling compute clusters. There are no cold starts, no concurrency limits imposed on your integration, and no capacity to provision. The platform scales transparently to match your request volume.
Storage
Event logs, workflow state, and analytics data are stored in replicated, durable storage with point-in-time recovery. Data is retained according to your plan:
